The 2025 edition of the Gwin Zegal Sea Festival did not take place. The Gwin Zégal Boating Association was unable to obtain permission from the Plouha town hall to set up within the 100-metre coastal strip at Le Palus.
2025 Sea Festival in Plouha: edition cancelled
The 2025 edition of the Gwin Zegal Sea Festival did not take place. During their general meeting on February 21, 2025, the Gwin Zégal Boating Association announced that the festival would not be held, as the association had not received authorization from the Plouha town hall to set up within the 100-metre coastal strip at Le Palus (Ouest-France, February 23, 2025).
The same general meeting was dedicated to the new regulations on recreational fishing and the proposed biotope protection order being debated along the Côtes-d'Armor coastline.
