16th Fête de la Noix de Saillac

On October 6, 2024, Saillac hosted the 16th edition of its biennial Fête de la Noix. From 8:30 am, the gourmet market opened its doors with numerous producers and sellers of walnut-based products.

Visitors could witness live demonstrations of walnut oil production, taste walnut wine, discover chainsaw wood carving, and enjoy street entertainment. The vintage carousel delighted children while the flea market and garage sale attracted bargain hunters.

The country-style rural meal brought visitors together around local specialties in a friendly and authentic atmosphere.
