Noëly Schaeverbeke was elected the 143rd Rosière and crowned on Sunday, June 1st, in the Jardins du Duc Jean de Berry. A musical show enlivened the afternoon with the Zès-Preiras percussionists from the Franco-Portuguese center of Saint-Doulchard, the Wilson 5, the Harmonie-Bandas of Saint-Martin-d'Auxigny, and the municipal harmony of Mehun-sur-Yèvre. The town was decorated with thousands of roses on the theme chosen by Noëly: nature.
