Edition 2025 — Fête des Vins de Gaillac
46th edition of the Fête des Vins de Gaillac, from August 1st to 3rd, 2025 at Parc Foucaud. Forty-five cellars and estates from the Gaillac appellation welcomed visitors for three days of tastings, a gourmet village, evening concerts, family activities, and a closing fireworks display on Sunday evening.

46th Edition: The Gaillac Vineyard Celebrates
The 46th Fête des Vins de Gaillac took place from August 1st to 3rd, 2025 in the magnificent setting of Parc Foucaud. Around 45 cellars and estates from the Gaillac appellation welcomed visitors to a winemakers' village where each producer personally served their vintages: dry whites, sparkling, sweet, reds, rosés, and Gaillac method.
On Friday evening, a DJ set accompanied by a saxophonist and a violinist kicked off the festivities starting at 5 pm. On Saturday and Sunday, live orchestras took over from 7 pm in a festive and friendly atmosphere. As for activities, morning yoga, treasure hunts, and pétanque tournaments punctuated the days for all audiences. The traditional pyrotechnic fireworks display beautifully concluded this 46th edition on Sunday evening at 11 pm, illuminating Parc Foucaud and the banks of the Tarn.
