Edition 2025 — Fête du Cochon
The 24th edition of the Fête du Cochon en Pays d'Othe took place on August 23rd and 24th, 2025, at Parc Caroline in Estissac. Festive program with 22 roasted pigs, artisanal black pudding, pig squeal contest, boudinomètre for adults, concerts including Bernard (80s/90s covers) and Tata Citronnelle, fireworks, local producers' market, flea market, and children's entertainment.
24th Edition: "Let's get our feet in the lard!" — 2025
On August 23rd and 24th, 2025, Parc Caroline in Estissac vibrated to the rhythm of the 24th edition of the Fête du Cochon en Pays d'Othe. The gourmet and festive atmosphere once again brought together over 4,000 visitors.
On Saturday, festivities began at 11 am with the local producers' market, black pudding sales, and children's entertainment (inflatable castles, duck fishing). At noon, the giant barbecue was hosted by Bernard and his 80s/90s covers. The band Tata Citronnelle took over at 3 pm, followed by the official inauguration at 6 pm. Fireworks lit up the sky at 10:30 pm.
On Sunday, festivities resumed at 8 am with the flea market, the 22 pigs roasted on spits, the pig squeal contest for young and old, and the famous boudinomètre for adults. Competitive games at 5:30 pm concluded this weekend of conviviality.
