The 2025 edition of the Fête du Crémant and Tape-Chaudrons took place on Saturday, March 15, 2025, on the Esplanade du Cours l'Abbé and in the town center of Châtillon-sur-Seine. From 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., visitors enjoyed the carnival parade, Crémant de Bourgogne tastings offered by the winemakers of the Pays Châtillonnais, open-air concerts, and the traditional cremation of Monsieur Carnaval.
