2025 Edition: A Friendly Festival by the Dordogne
The Fête du Monturuc 2025 was held on Friday, August 15, 2025, continuing the tradition of this popular celebration by the Dordogne. The day began with the morning flea market, followed by afternoon folk entertainment that showcased traditional dances and music from the region.
In the evening, the popular ball attracted a large crowd, creating a festive and warm atmosphere on the Place du Monturuc. The descent of illuminated barges with torches once again offered a magical spectacle, while the fireworks lit up the sky and the river in a spectacular finale.
