Fête du Safran 2025

The 2025 edition of the Fête du Safran du Quercy was held on Saturday, October 25 and Sunday, October 26, 2025 in Cajarc. This edition continued the renewal dynamic initiated in 2024, offering a rich program combining tradition and discovery around Quercy saffron.

On the program: tastings of saffron products, trimming workshops allowing visitors to learn the delicate work of stigma extraction, saffron field visits during harvest, producers' market from the Lot region, and the saffron banquet on Sunday.
