20th Fête One Two Tripoux - 2025 Edition
The 20th edition of the Fête One Two Tripoux was held on Sunday, June 8, 2025, in Thiézac, marking a symbolic anniversary for this event that has become a must-attend in the Cantalian gourmet scene.
From 8:30 AM, the traditional tripoux snack kicked off the festivities, followed by the opening of the producers' market and the best tripoux competition. Visitors could taste and vote to elect the best tripoux artisan of the region.
The program continued with gourmet and storytelling hikes, traditional music concerts, street theater, folk dance workshops, traditional games, and pétanque. Local chefs offered culinary demonstrations revisiting tripoux in creative forms: as lasagna, verrines, and tapas. The day concluded with a grand popular ball.
