Soustons Festivals 2026 — August 6 to 9

Co-organized by the City of Soustons and the Festival Committee, the Soustons Festivals enliven the Landes town for four days. The population dons the traditional blue and white dress code and takes over the city center and the Henri Canelas arenas: bandas, musical strolls, popular dances, funfair, family entertainment, and bullfighting shows follow one another from morning until late at night.

The 2026 bullfighting program, organized by La Vuelta Spectacles, offers a grand nocturnal Landes bullfight on Friday, a novillada piquée on Saturday, and the international cocarde competition (Spain team against France team) on Sunday.

• Official opening of the Festivals from La Marensine
• 10 km of the Soustons Festivals, with arrival in the arenas

Friday, August 7, 2026

• Cabestria in the city center and parade of cuadrillas
• 9:30 PM — Grand nocturnal Landes bullfight at the arenas

Saturday, August 8, 2026

• Family picnic at La Pandelle and entertainment
• Novillada piquée at the arenas — novillos by Fernay; bullfighters Victor (Arles), Miriam Cabas and Clovis Germain (Nîmes)

Sunday, August 9, 2026

• Fancy dress parade of the « classes » and solexes
• International cocarde competition (Spain team against France team)
• Final fireworks display
