2024 Edition: Salon Goes Back in Time

The 2024 edition of the Fetes Renaissance took place from June 28 to 30 in the historic center of Salon-de-Provence and at the Chateau de l'Emperi. Over 1,000 extras in period costumes brought to life the visit of Catherine de Medicis to Nostradamus in 1564.

The program included encampments on Place Morgan and in the old town, with 7 reenactment companies. The grand parades took place on Friday, June 28, and Saturday, June 29, starting from Place Morgan at 9 PM, leading to a final show. The Sunday craft market featured about forty artisans, while activities — taverns, banquets, combat scenes, songs — animated the three days.
