Fête de la Bonnotte 2025
On May 3, 2025, the island of Noirmoutier celebrated, as every year, the arrival of the Bonnotte, this unique new potato in the world. The morning began with the symbolic harvest of the first Bonnottes of the season in the island's sandy fields, followed by the traditional auction which once again set prices reflecting the exceptional prestige of this island product.
Throughout the day, tasting stands, manual harvesting demonstrations, and family activities animated the village of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, allowing islanders and visitors to celebrate together this emblematic product of their territory.
