This program of free outdoor cultural outings offers a series of varied events: Canal Summer, which celebrates life on and around the Ourcq canal with water activities and concerts; the Village de l'Été, which transforms a public space into a temporary festive village offering sports activities, cultural events, and food; and numerous theater, circus, and dance performances accessible to all. Fête de la Musique

On June 21st, the Huvier stadium hosts the Fête de la Musique from 5 PM to 11 PM. This annual event brings together musicians from all backgrounds in a free and open celebration. The program includes West African percussion ensembles hosted by the Nadia and Lili Boulanger conservatory, hip-hop and afro-hip-hop dance performances, local rappers, and percussion groups. A musical celebration that reflects the city's cultural richness.

National Day

The July 14th celebrations in Noisy-le-Sec begin the day before with a torchlight procession that illuminates the streets of the city center. Each participant receives a lantern, and the nocturnal procession creates a magical and fraternal atmosphere. The evening continues with fireworks set to music at 11 PM, accompanied by a soundtrack that paces the colorful bursts in the Seine-Saint-Denis sky.
