The town of Noisy-le-Sec (Seine-Saint-Denis, 93130) offers its residents a particularly comprehensive National Day program each year, stretching throughout the evening of July 13th. From the afternoon until the early hours of July 14th, the Huvier stadium transforms into a vast, popular, free, and family-friendly festive space.
The festivities begin at 5 PM with family entertainment: inflatable games, play structures for children, creative workshops, and play areas allow families to enjoy the site for a long time before nightfall. This festive afternoon pleasantly anticipates the main evening and attracts families with young children from the start.
A highlight of the evening, the republican banquet brings residents together for a shared meal. True to the spirit of the great republican festivals of the 19th century, this banquet is a moment of conviviality and fraternity that symbolically abolishes social distinctions: rich and poor, young and old, natives and newcomers gather at the same table to celebrate their belonging to the French Republic together.
At 9:30 PM, the town hall distributes lanterns to children, a magical prelude to the pyrotechnic show. A dance evening hosted by a DJ precedes the fireworks, creating a festive build-up to the moment of detonation.
At 11 PM, the fireworks illuminate the sky of Noisy-le-Sec from the Huvier stadium. The pyrotechnic display is the climax of the evening, acclaimed by the gathered crowd in popular communion before the party continues a little longer.
In parallel, the firefighters of Noisy-le-Sec open the doors of their fire station (11 avenue Pasteur) for the traditional firefighters' ball, from 7 PM to 4 AM. This national institution of the July 14th celebration attracts many Noisy-le-Sec residents each year who dance with the firefighters until dawn.
Noisy-le-Sec is a commune in Seine-Saint-Denis with approximately 40,000 inhabitants, crossed by the Canal de l'Ourcq and bordered by the Bondy Regional Forest. A working-class and evolving industrial town, it benefits from significant investments in its public spaces and cultural facilities. July 14th is celebrated there with the generosity characteristic of large working-class cities.
For July 14th, 2026, Noisy-le-Sec renews its generous festive program. On July 13th starting at 5 PM, the Huvier stadium will host families for entertainment, before the republican banquet, the dance evening with DJ, the distribution of lanterns at 9:30 PM, and the grand fireworks at 11 PM. The firefighters' ball at the fire station will complete this festive night. Entirely free admission.
