Firefighters' ball, fireworks, and festive evening for July 14th in Livry-Gargan
Every July 13th, Livry-Gargan celebrates the National Day with a rich program: festive evening at the kiosk in the Parc de l'Orangerie starting at 7:30 PM, fairground games, popular ball, concert, torchlight procession, fireworks, and firefighters' ball at the barracks. A double festive and friendly program, entirely free, for the whole family.
The town of Livry-Gargan (Seine-Saint-Denis, 93190) is one of the most dynamic towns in Seine-Saint-Denis for the celebration of July 14th. Each year, the festivities take place on the evening of July 13th and offer a particularly complete double program, allowing all Livryenne families to find the option that suits them.
From the kiosk of the Parc de l'Orangerie, the town invites residents to a grand festive evening starting at 7:30 PM. The program for this first option includes:
Admission is completely free, and food is available on-site, making it an accessible event for all families.
In parallel, the town also organizes fireworks at the Parc des Sports Alfred-Marcel-Vincent (43 avenue du Maréchal Leclerc), scheduled to be launched at 10:30 PM on Sunday, July 13th. This second launch site offers an alternative for residents in the southern part of the town.
At the Livry-Gargan barracks (34 avenue Lucie Aubrac), the traditional firefighters' ball begins at 9:00 PM. An iconic moment of the French National Day, the firefighters' ball is an institution: in a good-natured and popular atmosphere, residents dance with local firefighters until the end of the night. A warm evening that perpetuates a unique national tradition.
Livry-Gargan is a town of approximately 40,000 inhabitants located east of Paris. It is known for the richness of its natural heritage — the Parc de l'Orangerie, the Bondy Regional Forest — which offer an exceptional setting for its summer events. July 14th is always an occasion for an outdoor celebration that takes advantage of this green setting.
On the morning of July 14th, an official ceremony is held in front of the town hall or at the war memorial, with wreath-laying, the Marseillaise, and speeches by elected officials in the presence of veterans' associations, to recall the historical and patriotic dimension of the day.
The 2026 National Day in Livry-Gargan will be held on July 13th with the usual festive program: an evening at the Parc de l'Orangerie with a concert, torchlight procession, and fireworks, as well as the firefighters' ball at the barracks. Free admission.
For July 14th, 2026, Livry-Gargan is renewing its double festive program. On the evening of July 13th, the Parc de l'Orangerie will host activities, a concert, a torchlight procession, and fireworks, while the firefighters' barracks will open its doors for the traditional ball. An entirely free evening to celebrate the values of the Republic together.
