The 34th edition of the Foire à l'Andouille was held from October 31st to November 2nd, 2025 at the Robert Auvray racecourse in Vire Normandie, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Local producers and producers from all over France presented their specialties, with Vire andouille as the star.
The program included culinary demonstrations by great chefs, inductions by the Confraternity of the True Vire Andouille, games, pony rides, and entertainment for children.
