Foire au Gras 2024: The December Gathering

The Foire au Gras 2024 took place on Sunday, December 1st, at the Gymnase Pierre de Coubertin in Castelnaudary. From 8:30 AM, producers from Lauragais opened their stalls, offering foie gras, duck confits, magrets, capons, and the full range of artisanal fatty products. The gourmet and artisanal market in the adjacent aisles complemented the offerings, while a meal was available at the Halle aux Grains.
