The 2024 Foire au Jambon
The Foire au Jambon was held on Thursday, March 28, 2024, Maundy Thursday, around the covered Halles market and on Place Saint-Rémy in Troyes. As every year, charcuterie exhibitors and Halles market merchants welcomed thousands of visitors to celebrate the end of Lent in a gourmet and popular atmosphere. The flea market and antique dealers' market on Place Saint-Rémy completed this traditional day.
