Foire aux Oisons de Martizay - 2025 Edition
The Foire aux Oisons took over the streets of Martizay on Friday, May 2nd, 2025, bringing together thousands of visitors from all over La Brenne and beyond. Over 200 stalls were set up on the fairground and in the village streets, offering poultry sales, goose competitions, flea market, plants, local crafts, agricultural equipment, clothing, and small appliances.
The entertainment delighted young and old alike: fairground rides, children's attractions, free face painting with souvenir photos, tastings of local products, and on-site catering. A festive day that confirmed the success of this popular tradition in La Brenne.
