69th Foire Bulles & Gastronomie
The 69th edition of the Foire Bulles & Gastronomie took place on September 27 and 28, 2025, in Bar-sur-Aube, setting a new record with over 150 exhibitors gathered on Place Carnot and in the city center.
The Champagne Village under the market halls hosted five Bar-sur-Aube champagne houses - Cottanceau-Prignitz, Mennetrier, D. Billette, Geoffroy, and Barbieux - representing the diversity of the Côte des Bar terroirs. The street entertainment was marked by the presence of a Scottish Celtic band that paraded through the town's streets. Saturday evening featured a dancing evening with a DJ, while food trucks and refreshment stands provided catering throughout the weekend.
