The Foire Grasse took over the streets of Saint-Benoît-du-Sault on Sunday, December 14, 2025, attracting hundreds of food lovers preparing for the end-of-year holidays. About twenty producers from Corrèze and Lot, in partnership with producers from Brive-la-Gaillarde, offered nearly 6 tons of fatty products.
Fresh and semi-cooked foie gras, goose and duck confits, magrets, stuffed necks, manchons, whole ducks, geese, charcuterie, chocolates, cheeses, and wines delighted the taste buds of visitors in the exceptional setting of the medieval village, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages in France.
