The originality of this fair lies in its partnership with producers from Brive-la-Gaillarde. About twenty producers from Corrèze and Lot travel to set up their stalls in the village streets. These farmer-producers offer high-quality farm products, stemming from ancestral know-how passed down from generation to generation in the gastronomic basin of the Southwest.

Nearly 6 tons of fatty products

Approximately 6 tons of products are offered for sale during this exceptional morning. The stalls are full of fresh and semi-cooked foie gras, goose and duck confits, dried or smoked magrets, stuffed necks, manchons, whole ducks and geese, confit gizzards, and rillettes. Fine charcuterie, artisanal chocolates, characterful cheeses, and accompanying wines complete this gourmet offering.

The Foire Grasse is held from 9 am to 12 pm, and the advice from regulars is clear: you must arrive early to be served. Products sell out quickly, and some loyal customers reorder their purchases from the previous year with their favorite producer.
