The market is organized by the CIVAM de Valençay et du Pays de Bazelle (Center for Initiatives to Enhance Agriculture and Rural Environment). It brings together local producers and artisans from Berry in the castle's main courtyard. Visitors can discover AOC Valençay wines, local goat cheeses, honey, foie gras, confectionery, and many regional specialties.
