The 6th edition of the Food Trucks Festival 86 attracted 115,000 visitors to Parc des Bizais in Buxerolles from May 7th to 11th, 2025. Over a hundred food trucks, including thirty-five new ones, forty free concerts on two stages, and family entertainment brought the Poitiers urban area to life for five days. Organizer Frédéric Brousse hailed it as an "exceptional edition that broke all records" despite a thunderstorm on Saturday evening.

2025 Edition — 115,000 visitors for a record-breaking edition
The 6th edition of the Food Trucks Festival 86 took place from Wednesday, May 7th to Sunday, May 11th, 2025, at Parc des Bizais in Buxerolles. Despite one less day of programming compared to the previous edition and an unexpected thunderstorm on Saturday evening, the festival welcomed 115,000 visitors, confirming its status as the largest food truck gathering in France.
Over one hundred food trucks, including thirty-five newcomers, offered an exceptional culinary selection. Burgers remained the most popular specialty, while the Gnama truck, specializing in African cuisine, was remarkably successful in its first participation. The forty free concerts on the two main stages mixed rock, pop, reggae, and guinguette music in a festive and friendly atmosphere.
The solidarity aspect allowed for fundraising for the Fonds Aliénor and the association Kap Vie through the Concerts Against Cancer initiative. Organizer Frédéric Brousse described this edition as "exceptional, having broken all records," highlighting the complete absence of safety incidents despite the considerable crowd.
