Forte Latino 2025: Latin music at the castle
The 2025 edition of Forte Latino was held on July 5 and 6, 2025 on the esplanade of the Château de Montrond-le-Fort. The festival offered two evenings of open-air concerts dedicated to Latin and Caribbean music, in the exceptional setting of the medieval fortress overlooking the Forez plain.
On the program: bands playing salsa, bachata, cumbia, and world music performed on stage, accompanied by Latin dance initiations offered in the early evening by local dance instructors. The public enjoyed Latin-themed catering, cocktail bars, and a friendly, festive atmosphere under the stars.
