2025 Edition — Urban Cultures Reclaim Their Space
The Fresne(s) Zik festival took over the two emblematic venues of Fresnes' cultural life in April 2025: the MJC Louise Michel and the Grange Dîmière. For several days, the youth of Fresnes and neighboring towns in the Val-de-Marne vibrated to the rhythm of urban cultures in all their diversity. Rap and hip-hop concerts brought together local artists and regional headliners, while breakdance and hip-hop jazz battles showcased the impressive level of dancers from the Val-de-Marne scene. Graffiti workshops allowed dozens of young people to learn aerosol art under the guidance of professional graffiti artists, producing collective murals that now adorn the city's authorized walls.
