56th Edition — March 2025
The 56th edition of the International Cheese and Wine Fair was held from March 28 to 31, 2025, at the Foirail de la Sucrerie in Coulommiers. The event brought together over 200 exhibitors — cheesemakers, winegrowers, charcutiers, and local producers — for four days of tastings, professional competitions, and family entertainment.
The competitions for Brie de Coulommiers, wines, and champagnes, and Île-de-France dairy products once again rewarded the excellence of the participating artisans.
