2025 Edition: Jazz at Altitude in Matagot
The 2025 edition of the Jazz au Mézenc - Raymond Fol Festival took place from August 18 to 23, 2025, in the hamlet of Matagot, in the commune of Chaudeyrolles. True to its tradition, the festival offered a week combining a jazz workshop at the beginning of the week and concerts at the end of the week, in the exceptional natural setting of the northern slope of Mont Mézenc.
The participants—saxophonists, trumpeters, pianists, bassists, drummers, and singers—worked alongside renowned professional musicians in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, at over 1,300 meters above sea level. The Saturday evening concerts brought together guest artists and participants for evenings of jazz and blues in the warm atmosphere of the Ferme de Matagot.
