Edition 2025 — Journées du Couteau

The 2025 Cutlery Day was held on Sunday, September 14th, on the esplanade of the Musée de la Coutellerie in Nogent. Organized by the association of Couteliers du bassin nogentais, this edition brought together cutlers and enthusiasts around forging demonstrations, knife assembly workshops, and a mini-cutlery fair. The City of Nogent set up several marquees on the esplanade to host exhibitors and activities.

2025 Edition - Sunday, September 14th

The 2025 Cutlery Day took over Place Charles-de-Gaulle, in front of the Musée de la Coutellerie in Nogent. The association of Couteliers du bassin nogentais brought together several renowned artisans, including Fabrice Liiri, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2007 and one of the last engravers-shearmen of Haute-Marne. Visitors could witness demonstrations of knife and scissor making, participate in knife assembly and leather keychain creation workshops, and discover a mini-cutlery fair organized for the first time. The City of Nogent set up several marquees on the esplanade to host exhibitors and activities.
