Journées du Piano 2025 at the Auditorium de Lyon: recitals by Rudolf Buchbinder, Grigory Sokolov, Vanessa Wagner, and Jean-Paul Gasparian, plus an amateur piano competition.
Journées du Piano — November 2025
The Journées du Piano 2025 will take place from November 20th to 22nd at the Auditorium de Lyon. On Thursday 20th and Saturday 22nd, Rudolf Buchbinder will be the soloist in a Mozart/Rachmaninov program with the Orchestre national de Lyon conducted by Nikolaj Szeps-Znaider. On Friday 21st, Grigory Sokolov will give a "carte blanche" recital. On Saturday 22nd, Vanessa Wagner will present a Bach/Glass program and Jean-Paul Gasparian will interpret Franck and Schumann. The winner of the amateur piano competition, organized with Westfield La Part-Dieu, will perform on Saturday between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM.
