Edition 2024 — Août Musical
The 23rd edition of L'Août Musical de Deauville was held from July 30 to August 10, 2024. In connection with the exhibition “Floating Worlds, from Japonism to Contemporary Art,” young musicians explored works by Debussy, Joe Hisaishi, John Cage, Messiaen, and Takemitsu.
23rd Edition — Summer 2024
The 23rd edition of L'Août Musical took place from July 30 to August 10, 2024, at the Salle Elie de Brignac. In resonance with the exhibition “Floating Worlds, from Japonism to Contemporary Art” at Les Franciscaines, young musicians explored works by Claude Debussy, Joe Hisaishi, John Cage, Olivier Messiaen, and Tôru Takemitsu. A mini-concert at Les Franciscaines on August 4 completed the program in an intimate format.
