The 7th edition of the Course Eiffage du Viaduc de Millau was held on Sunday, September 22, 2024. To celebrate the viaduct's 20th anniversary, this edition offered two distances for the first time: the historic 23.7 km course and a new 12.8 km course, making the race accessible to a wider audience while retaining the legendary viaduct crossing.
7th Edition — The Viaduct's 20th Anniversary
The 7th edition of the Course Eiffage du Viaduc de Millau took place on Sunday, September 22, 2024, on the occasion of the Viaduct's 20th anniversary, inaugurated on December 14, 2004. To mark this celebration, the organizers offered two distances for the first time:
- 23.7 km (390 m D+): the historic course crossing the viaduct in its entirety.
- 12.8 km: a new, shorter format, allowing more runners to experience the unique crossing of the viaduct.
More than 900 volunteers supported this festive edition, which brought together thousands of participants from all over France and abroad.
