La Guinguette en Scène: 2025 Season at Lac du Bourdon
The 2025 season of La Guinguette en Scène ran from June 4th to August 31st, 2025, on the shores of Lac du Bourdon in Saint-Fargeau, true to its formula as a summer cultural venue open Wednesday to Sunday. Asso Mammouth's program covered the full spectrum of cultural practices, from music to live performance, including street arts and cinema.
The season kicked off with Festi'kids on June 6th, 7th, and 8th, 2025, a festival entirely dedicated to young audiences. Shows, activities, and workshops transformed the La Calanque site into a cultural playground for families from Puisaye and the surrounding areas. This family event, designed to introduce younger children to the performing arts in a welcoming natural setting, was a great success with local families.
On June 21st, the Fête de la Musique animated the Guinguette with free admission concerts, in the tradition of a popular and festive evening open to all. Local and regional artists took advantage of the summer solstice to make the lake's shores vibrate.
In mid-July, Chap à l'Est (3rd edition, July 11-13th, 2025) offered two evenings of eclectic contemporary music. Friday, July 11th featured La Caravane Passe, Los Tres Puntos, and Yor. Saturday, July 12th showcased R.Wan (Java, Soviet Suprem), Big Red & Irie Ites, and Dolores Croco. The festival concluded on Sunday with fireworks over the lake. This festival within a festival, driven by the same team, illustrates Asso Mammouth's ability to create events with a distinct personality.
Throughout the summer, the Guinguette maintained its rhythm of weekly concerts: La Corde Raide in May, jazz with Éric l'Herbier on June 14th, improvisation theater on June 13th, the popular Fatals Picards in June, and many other regional and national artists. Evenings followed one after another in the incomparable atmosphere of the lake, between amplified music and the lapping of water.
The highlight of the season was, as every year, the Mammouth Fest #6 (August 15-17th), a major reggae, dub, electro, and hip-hop festival organized by Asso Mammouth on the same site, attracting thousands of festival-goers from all over France for three days of musical celebration by the lake.
