3rd Saint-Vincent des Vins de Cahors
For its third edition, the Saint-Vincent des Vins de Cahors was held from January 17 to 19, 2025 in the city center of Cahors and in the wine estates of the AOC Cahors appellation.
The weekend began on Friday evening with a gala dinner at the restaurant La Chartreuse, featuring black truffle from Lalbenque and Cahors wines in a five-course gastronomic menu. On Saturday, the walking tasting tour allowed participants to discover AOP Cahors and IGP Côtes du Lot wines through five stations spread across the historic center, accompanied by musical entertainment.
On Sunday morning, the procession of the Confrérie des Vins de Cahors headed to the Saint-Étienne Cathedral for the traditional Saint-Vincent mass, followed by the chapter and inductions. In the afternoon, open houses at the wine estates concluded this festive and convivial edition.
