Le Meilleur des Mondes

5th Edition: A National Lineup and a Growing Audience

For its fifth anniversary, the Le Meilleur des Mondes festival offered a national-level lineup on August 1st and 2nd, 2025, while maintaining its spirit of proximity and deliberately accessible pricing. The Passage du Port Brûlé site in Villeneuve-sur-Yonne welcomed over 600 festival-goers per evening, confirming the event's steady growth.

Friday, August 1st

• Vanupié — reggae-soul, sunny voice and generous guitar
• Fils de Teuhpu — explosive ska, high-energy collective
• Dubamix — committed electro-dub, deep basslines and militant lyrics
• Taalkimia — tribe techno, electronic closing of the first night

Saturday, August 2nd

• Pierre Hugues José — festive rap, incisive and communicative MC
• Kind of Queen — Queen rock tribute, faithful and energetic staging
• Cactus et Mammuth — electro-rock, boundary between alternative rock and electronic music

Tribal Garden (both evenings)

• BigTOOf — mixed techno
• D2S — drum and bass
• Tikal — deep dubstep

As with every edition, free entry from 5 PM to 6 PM allowed families and curious individuals to discover the associative village, giant wooden games, and food stalls before the paid concerts began. Prevention and first aid services were present on site, and a free camping area was set up nearby.
