Edition 2025 — Les Coréades
The 31st edition of Les Coréades d'Automne featured an exceptional program centered around the works of Vivaldi (Gloria, Dixit Dominus) and Carl Orff (Carmina Burana), with the participation of the Orchestra of the National Opera of Roussé and the regional choirs of CoRéAM.
2025 Edition
For its 31st edition, the Les Coréades d'Automne festival traveled through Nouvelle-Aquitaine with an ambitious program structured around two major themes. The first part, titled "Sacred Bridges: From One World to Another", highlighted Vivaldi's Gloria and Dixit Dominus in an arrangement for double choir and double orchestra. The second part presented one of the most spectacular works in the choral repertoire, Carl Orff's Carmina Burana, in a version for two pianos and five percussionists, accompanied by the breakdance company Last Squad. French melodies by Debussy, Fauré, Duparc, and Saint-Saëns completed this rich and varied program.
