The 10th edition of Les Estivales de Beaugency took place from July 5 to August 25, 2024, with a rich program combining concerts, shows, open-air cinema, and free workshops. The opening was marked by an exceptional performance of the Mahābhārata in Indonesian shadow theater on the Quai Dunois, followed by seven weeks of activities along the Loire.

10th Edition of Les Estivales - July 5 to August 25, 2024
Les Estivales celebrated their 10th edition with an ambitious program, from July 5 to August 25, 2024. The opening was entrusted to an exceptional performance of the Mahābhārata, an Indonesian shadow theater show (Wayang Kulit) performed by Cécile Hurbault and about fifteen musicians, on Saturday, July 6th at 9:30 PM on the Quai Dunois.
Throughout the summer, the Loire quays and the historic town center hosted various concerts, street performances, open-air cinema, and over a hundred free workshops in culture, sports, environment, and creative hobbies. The family area on the quays offered games, sports activities, and entertainment for children.
The traditional Bastille Day celebration on July 14th marked the heart of the summer, and the festival concluded with a grand fireworks display launched from the bridge over the Loire.
