Edition 2025 — Moments Musicaux du Tarn
The 17th edition of Les Moments Musicaux du Tarn was held from July 18 to 20, 2025, in Rabastens and neighboring towns. Under the artistic direction of Antoine de Grolée, this edition explored the theme of night and dreams, with contemplative and festive works mixing classical and romantic repertoire. The Tremplin Découvertes, chaired by composer René Koering, highlighted promising young talents.

17th Edition — Dreams and Night
The 2025 edition of Les Moments Musicaux du Tarn invited the public on a dreamlike musical journey from July 18 to 20. Under the theme of night and dreams, the program brought together works that were sometimes contemplative, sometimes festive and romantic, related to the nocturnal and fantastic world.
The festival offered musical strolls through the streets and courtyards of Rabastens, punctuated by mini-concerts with flute, clarinet, and bassoon. A musical tale accompanied by a string quartet enchanted young and old alike, with the story of a princess, an orphan, and a magical violin, brought to life by the music of Haydn, Mozart, Schubert, Dvořák, Debussy, and Ravel.
The Tremplin Découvertes, directed this year by composer René Koering, founder of the Radio-France & Montpellier festival, provided an exceptional showcase for the young competing musicians. The evening concert, entirely dedicated to the Night, concluded this edition with a program of enchanting works spanning the history of music.
