44th Edition: Classical Music Under the Suquet Stars

The 44th edition of Les Nuits Musicales du Suquet took place in July 2025, continuing nearly half a century of musical tradition atop the historic district of Cannes. The forecourt of the Notre-Dame d'Espérance church once again transformed into an open-air concert hall, offering music lovers exceptional evenings under the stars, with the bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands as a backdrop.

The program featured a blend of recitals by renowned soloists, chamber music, and orchestral performances, exploring the great classical repertoire from Bach to Debussy, including Mozart, Beethoven, and Chopin. The 7 p.m. concerts in the Cour du Musée de la Castre offered intimate recitals by smaller ensembles, while the 9:15 p.m. concerts on the forecourt hosted larger groups in a grand atmosphere.

The festival reaffirmed its role as a launchpad for young talent while welcoming established artists from the international classical scene.
