37th Edition — November 2025
The 2025 edition of Les Sarmentelles celebrated a special vintage: despite a harvest down 30% compared to the previous year, the quality of the Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 was praised by winemakers and oenologists.
Program
For five days, Beaujeu vibrated to the rhythm of tastings of the 12 appellations, producer markets, evening concerts, themed dinners, and children's shows. The midnight barrel tapping ritual, on the night of Wednesday to Thursday, brought together an enthusiastic crowd to celebrate the arrival of the new vintage.
A Vintage of Character
The 2025 vintage stood out for its beautiful aromatic expression and freshness, despite the year's climatic challenges. Winemakers praised a wine "of character," reflecting a demanding terroir.
