Les Scènes Vagabondes 2023 — Parc de la Roseraie
For the 2023 edition, the festival took place at Parc de la Roseraie from June 30 to July 2, offering three days of completely free shows in a green setting. A big top and three stages hosted about thirty creations by Nantes' professional artists.
Friday, June 30 — Musical Evening
Friday evening opened the festival with an eclectic musical program: Rayons Super by Collectif Supersun (rap, vocals, slam), Miët, Suzy LeVoid's hypnotic one-woman-band rock, Middle Child in minimalist folk, and Bacchantes to close with their choral rock and sounds from elsewhere.
Saturday and Sunday — Multidisciplinary
The weekend featured a rich program mixing poetry, music, dance, theater, and circus arts. The Book Village offered a bookstore, book sales, a reading corner, and writing and graphic arts workshops. The young audience program was central with shows suitable for families throughout the weekend.
