Les Vendanges Étoilées de Cassis

Pierre Gagnaire, special patron of the 13th edition

The 13th edition of Les Vendanges Étoilées took place from September 26 to 28, 2025, with the privilege of hosting as special patron Pierre Gagnaire, a legend of French gastronomy and a three-Michelin-starred chef. Approximately fifty chefs, artisans, and winemakers from the AOC Cassis gathered for three days of gastronomic celebration.

The program included culinary demonstrations on Saturday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM, cooking and pastry classes held in partner restaurants, and oenology master classes led by sommeliers and chefs. The artisans and producers market, set up on Place Baragnon and Esplanade Charles de Gaulle, brought together local producers, winemakers, artisans, and flavor creators for the three days.
