Les Vignes en Fête 2024
The 2024 edition of Les Vignes en Fête took place on Sunday, September 8, 2024, in Menetou-Salon, celebrating the AOC Menetou-Salon and the wine heritage of the Berry region.
The day began at 8:30 AM with a 10-kilometer walking tour starting from Place des Tilleuls, crossing the vineyards and offering explanations about the terroir, grape varieties (Sauvignon for whites, Pinot Noir for reds and rosés), and the winemakers' know-how. Upon return, the Château de Maupas hosted participants for AOC Menetou-Salon tastings accompanied by traditional musical entertainment. A convivial lunch at the winemakers' table concluded this festive and gourmet day.
