30th Living Heritage Festival – Anniversary Edition 2025
The Living Heritage Festival celebrated its 30th edition from September 19 to 21, 2025, at the Château-Thierry medieval castle. For this anniversary, the association Patrimoine Vivant prepared a particularly rich program full of surprises and emotions.
Historical reenactments took center stage, with life-size medieval encampments, sword and lance combat demonstrations, and ancient craft workshops. Saturday evening was marked by a sound and light show highlighting the fortress's architecture.
The artistic program included Celtic and folk music concerts, a lively folk dance event, cabaret acts, and dance performances. Troupes and companies from all over France animated the various spaces of the castle throughout the weekend.
