Mammouth Fest 2025: A High-Flying 4th Edition
The 4th edition of Mammouth Fest took place from August 15th to 17th, 2025, at Lac du Bourdon in Saint-Fargeau. This edition cemented the festival as one of the unmissable musical events of the Burgundy summer, with a resolutely international and diverse lineup.
Friday, August 15th kicked off the festivities with an evening dedicated to conscious hip-hop and electronic music: Médine, a figure of conscious rap, shared the stage with L.E.J, the sharp pop-rap trio, and the electronic offerings of Mezerg. The sound systems Full Dub, Krak in Dub, and Beat Torrent kept the site's bass vibrating until the early hours.
Saturday, August 16th saw the stages ignite with Julian Marley, son of the legendary Bob Marley, who delivered an enchanting roots reggae performance. Oxmo Puccino, the prince of melancholic rap, captivated the audience, while Vladimir Cauchemar and Billx propelled the night into electronic spheres. The Locos, the Spanish punk-ska band heir to Ska-P, set the main stage on fire.
Sunday, August 17th offered a masterful conclusion with the Ivorian legend Tiken Jah Fakoly, whose messages of peace and freedom resonated on the lake's shores. Taiwan MC, a pillar of French reggae, and The Sunvizors completed a day of remarkable musical richness.
