The Marche Gourmande de Sigolsheim was held on Sunday, October 19, 2025, with start and finish at the communal stadium. Hikers covered 8 kilometers through the village of Sigolsheim, the vineyards in autumn colors, and the Mambourg hill.
The six gourmet stops offered: gratinated pretzel for aperitif, lentil and bacon soup, smoked trout bite and cream cheese wrap, wild boar shoulder with red cabbage served with chestnut flour spaetzle, a platter of three regional cheeses, and an autumn-flavored éclair with coffee. Each dish was paired with a glass of Alsace wine selected by local winemakers. Musical entertainment and a producers' market awaited hikers at the finish.
