The 2024-2025 season of the Marchés au Gras de Peyrehorade was held every Wednesday morning from mid-November to mid-March in the covered market halls. Local producers offered fresh foie gras, fattened ducks, fattened poultry, confits, and regional specialties to gourmets and lovers of authentic products.

The 2024-2025 season of the Marchés au Gras was held every Wednesday morning from mid-November 2024 to mid-March 2025 in the covered market halls of Peyrehorade. As every year, producers of fattened waterfowl from the Vallée des Gaves and the southern Landes offered their finest pieces to discerning buyers.

The stalls offered a wide selection of fresh foie gras, whole fattened ducks, confits, magrets, gizzards, and artisanal preparations, in the friendly and authentic atmosphere that characterizes this traditional market.
