Marguest'Ô 2025 — May 24 in Aucamville
On May 24, 2025, the Marguest'Ô Rural Art Festival took over the village square of Aucamville for a day and evening of celebration, creation, and encounters, from 5 PM to 1 AM. Completely free admission, warm atmosphere, and quality programming: all the ingredients for a great popular and artistic festival were present.
Musical Program
Mélys ("floral folk") enchanted the audience with her delicate universe blending English and Spanish vocals and folk guitar with indie touches. Junkyard Birds, a heavy rock trio, brought the electric and powerful energy of a rock concert in the grand tradition. Taalkimia offered an exceptional sound journey, fusing Indian, Oriental, and tribal music with electronic trance and techno beats. The evening continued with the vinyl DJ set by Boogie Van, aboard his emblematic mobile sound system.
ARTeliers and Activities
The afternoon was enlivened by the ARTeliers for children: drawing, clay, macramé, painting, and flower crowns. Archery and wooden games completed the youth program. The exhibition of creations by Aucamville school students was presented throughout the day.
Cultural Forum and Catering
The cultural forum hosted local associations (Abbaye du Grand Selve, Mot à Mot, PAPA, Collectif Santé Mentale 82). The homemade food from Rest'Ô, the beer bar, and the Château Baudare wine bar ensured conviviality all evening.
