Edition 2026 — Marseille Fair

The Foire de Marseille returns to Parc Chanot from September 25th to October 5th, 2026, under the theme "The Mediterranean on Stage." Featuring 1,000 exhibitors across 120,000 m² of space, the event includes a Mediterranean Alley with a souk, craft workshops, and a food court, a dedicated sea area, three free gourmet evening events until 11 PM, and a late-night opening on Friday, October 2nd. Admission is free for everyone on opening day.

2026 Edition: "The Mediterranean on Stage"

From Friday, September 25th to Monday, October 5th, 2026, the Foire de Marseille dedicates its edition to the cultures of the Mediterranean basin: crafts, tourism, traditions, and cuisine from both shores. The theme was announced on May 28th, 2026, by the organizer, who detailed the event's content in a second press release in July.

One thousand exhibitors in a redesigned Parc Chanot

The 1,000 exhibitors are divided into six sectors: home and living, outdoor, fashion and beauty, gastronomy and local produce, international, and institutions and services. This year, the international section highlights Mediterranean countries. Marseille events has redesigned the layout of the 120,000 m² exhibition space and the flow within the park, following renovation, accessibility, and landscaping work that began in 2025: the visitor path differs from previous editions.

The Mediterranean Alley

This is the 2026 novelty. This esplanade brings together pottery, calligraphy, and mosaic workshops led by professionals, a souk-style stopover with stalls and traditional crafts, a food court with a terrace, and an area dedicated to the Mediterranean Sea: an exhibition on biodiversity and the Grotte Cosquer, virtual reality immersion in the seabed, and a specialized bookstore. A gastronomy festival orchestrated by Gourméditerranée will be held there on October 3rd and 4th.

Before, during, and after

The Fair begins off-site, from September 16th to 22nd, with a Mediterranean Film Festival at the Pathé cinemas in Marseille and Plan-de-Campagne. During the eleven days, the Main Stage hosts shows, auditions, and evening events; the Games Palace and the INNOVA' Marseille innovation village occupy the first weekend. The "Views of my Mediterranean" photo contest, open from July 30th to September 10th, 2026, will result in an exhibition of the ten selected photos at the main entrance, then at the Arenc maritime station.

The details of the daytime musical program (flamenco, oriental dance, Corsican polyphonies) and the gastronomy festival schedule will be announced by the organizer in September.
