5th edition: Jabberwocky and Miel de Montagne at the castle
The Melting Potes Festival expands to two days for its 5th edition, on July 11 and 12, 2025, at the Château de Bressuire. On Friday, Michel Hubert kicks off the festivities with his euro dance and bass music from Clermont, followed by Joyeux Bordel, a festive collective from Vendée. Mauvaise Bouche, a duo from Montpellier mixing pop, hip-hop, and soul, completes Friday evening.
Saturday ramps up with Colours in the Street, a pop-rock-electro band from Niort, Miel de Montagne, an electro-pop artist presenting his new album, and Jabberwocky, a duo from Poitiers that has become a benchmark for French electro-folk-house, having played at Francofolies and Vieilles Charrues. Rue d'la Soif, a Clermont collective playing accordion-infused rock'n'roll, brings its festive and quirky touch.
The small stage hosts Pretty Helmets from Bressuire and DavyCroket Crew from Thouars for DJ sets of funk, disco, house, and techno, confirming the festival's commitment to its local scene.
